Life Care Center of South Hill is a new 100 bed, skilled nursing facility in Puyallup. Structure is two-stories totaling 79,000 square feet, including resident areas, health care areas, administrative spaces, an exercise area, two dining areas and a commercial kitchen. Medical gas systems included oxygen and medical vacuum with proper alarm panels. High efficiency gas water heating plants were located centrally to simplify maintenance and save energy.
