Hultz BHU provided mechanical and electrical engineering and design for expansion of the existing recreation facilities at Muckleshoot Indian Casino. The recreation complex combines many indoor and outdoor recreational activities within a single complex that is orientated on axis to Mount Rainier, accommodates adjacent natural features and unifies multiple activities, and was constructed with special attention to site and soil conditions.

Five-story, 79,000 square foot, 103 guest room expansion to existing Eagles Landing Hotel. Remodel of 6,500 square feet of existing hotel included the lobby, dining room, gaming area, conference rooms, housekeeping spaces, laundry and kitchen. Reclaim water is used for public fixtures to conserve water usage. Electrical systems include high efficiency items, sustainable design elements, power-standby generator system, lighting, fire alarm and LAN system.
