Three story apartment building with daylight basement with 57 dwelling units for low income residents. This project was a complete renovation with only the exterior building shell being retained. Mechanical systems include stand-alone electric heating in apartment units. Electrical systems include lighting, power, separate house and tenant metering, electric heater, fire alarm, TV, telephone and CCTV.
New 5-story, 2-tower condominium facility with 2 levels of parking. Common areas include a fitness center and laundry facilities. Each residence includes independent heating units and a whole-house ventilation system.
New, 9-story high-rise apartment and community complex with office space, pool, theater and social gathering rooms. The electrical design includes power, lighting, fire alarm, emergency generator for life safety systems, fire pump and conduit pathways for signal systems (voice, data, TV, security.)
