LEED
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, or LEED, is an internationally recognized
green building certification system that was developed by the U.S. Green Building Counsel
in 2000.
Hultz BHU has long been committed to sustainable design including designs of geothermal
heat pumps, rainwater collection systems, under floor air distribution systems, solar power
and solar pre-heat of domestic water.
We are proud to be one of only two recipients of the Federal Energy and
Water Management Award for our work at the Turnbull National Wildlife Reserve Administrative
Headquarters.
